Part-time – 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a part-time Warden on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Durham.

An opportunity has arisen for a Warden to join our Retirement Housing Team.  As a Warden, you will be responsible for the provision of warden services at the organisation’s Retirement Housing Scheme in Durham.

Duties involve monitoring the wellbeing of residents via daily calls and providing assistance in times of emergency or illness via an alarm system. Other tasks include supervision of the cleaner, reporting repairs, organising social activities, testing fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.

The successful candidate will have the motivation for working with older persons supported by experience in a similar role.
