About the RoleAn opportunity has arisen within the Business Development Unit team for a full-time Administrator.

The role is based in the Business Development Unit whose primary function is to serve the training and apprenticeship needs of local employers. The role involves regular contact with students, assessors, tutors and employers both over the telephone and in person.

Working within a small team you will undertake a range of administrative duties. Duties include checking paperwork, filing & archiving, inputting review details onto the College's student tracking system - Unit E, participating in the auditing of student files, along with supporting the team to ensure paperwork returned to the department is processed in a swift and timely manner.

If you have an organised approach to you work and enjoy being in a busy and deadline-driven role, then this role will appeal to you. Familiarity of Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook) is essential along with previous experience of compiling and maintaining data records.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check.
