LOCATION: Luton, Bedfordshire
JOB TITLE: Seasonal Gardener / Part Time Gardener
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP7.75 per hour plus tools, travelling time payment & expenses
WORKING HOURS: Service operates between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm- minimum of 16 hours per week (more available)

Our client who are a charity based in Luton, Bedfordshire are seeking a Seasonal Gardener / Part Time Gardener to assist with their residents gardening tasks and general garden maintenance.
As a Part Time Seasonal Gardener you will be responsible for directly assisting older people
with basic gardening tasks such as grass cutting, weeding, and general gardening maintenance. You will be travelling between homes and assisting our clients older residents with a range of gardening duties including weeding, grass cutting, hedge trimming, clearing and tidying, and other simple tasks.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Seasonal Gardener / Part Time Gardener's role must have some experience in gardening and carrying out general tasks such as cutting grass, trimming hedges etc. You will be travelling between residents private homes so must have a valid Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle (travel expenses will be covered). It is essential you are physically fit due to the nature of the work, and must be able to engage, interact and build a rapport with residents.
Applicants with previous working experience in this line of work or a similar role are also encouraged to apply.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Seasonal Gardener / Part Time Gardener's role in Luton, Bedfordshire :-
- Must have Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle
- Must be physically fit and able to carry out general tasks and lifting
- Experience in basic gardening such as planting, trimming, cutting grass
