We are looking for a Website Tester/ Administrator who has experience experience of testing on websites and experience of working with some debugging tools. This is a hybrid role and your primary responsibility will be to work within the Corporate IT team, managing the daily support requests raised from our end users and testing on multiple websites.
Key Responsibilities
- To be an in-house expert on our online platforms
- Website Testing
- Debugging Tools
- Basic HTML and CSS
- Provide support to our business teams for issues they are experiencing with our online platforms.
- Investigate, document, prioritise and escalate issues to the relevant teams as appropriate, while debugging and resolving issues that do not need further escalation.
- Ensure the health and availability of online platforms through regular maintenance and monitoring.
- Working with Development and Project teams in developing test processes to ensure quality of delivery, feed into product road maps and help us enhance our processes and platforms to support the business.
Salary: - GBP27,000 - GBP32,000
