Security Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, SIA License

Security Operations Manager with an SIA License is needed for our client, a forward thinking, dynamic security provider. This role is based at their Central London Office.

You will be responsible for the overall operational performance of security contracts for the Leisure and Events Sector and Manned Guarding. You will also be responsible for ensuring high customer service levels of your employees.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and motivating employees to ensure that the highest standards of quality control and customer care are delivered
• Achieve set KPIs and SLAs
• Develop strong relationships with clients and conduct regular client meetings
• Build and maintain a good working relationship and partner with the regional support teams (HR and Business Development)
• Ensure compliance of Company policies and procedures within your area, including Health and Safety and risk assessments

Essential Requirements:

• SIA License
• Full UK driving license
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team
• Good people management skills
• Ability to deliver quality services to clients
• Strong operational experience gained in a multi-site or area management role
• Exceptional client and customer relationship management skills
• Good health and safety knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication, organisational, influencing and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with an ability to analyse ongoing situations
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Flexibility and willingness to work out-of-office hours
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office packages)

Desirable:

• Strong knowledge of security practices, equipment and legislation
• Experience of managing a security contract or contracts within the Manned Guarding Leisure and Events sector
• A track record of exceeding client expectations
• Experience of investigations
• Previous experience in working with Logosoft/Netroster software

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
