Sales Administrator / Ecommerce Administrator - Food Import

Job Title: Sales & Ecommerce Administrator

Location: Berinsfield, just south of Oxford OX10

Salary: Dependent on experience

Position: Permanent

The company is a food importer and distributor specialising in Spanish food, dealing with both trade and online retail markets. The company is based in Berinsfield close to both Oxford and Abingdon.

Job Role:

Due to an increase in business the company has a vacancy for a Sales & Ecommerce Administrator to join the team and assist with the sales process.

Job Role:

• Process sales orders taken via telephone and email, using an order management system
• Administration on a daily basis of our Website and Amazon sales platforms
• Build up strong customer relationships with current and potential customers from the internal database, and generate new sales leads
• Provide administration support for the office, including assisting with product data information

You will need to have:

• The skill to use the telephone as a sales tool.
• IT skills including Office packages, especially Excel and Word.
• Some experience of e-commerce platforms helpful but not essential
• The ability to prioritise personal work load
• Initiative to deal with different queries from customers.
• Experience of using the telephone to generate sales with a confident telephone manner.
