Have you taught a Humanities subject to KS3&4 and can captivate the attention of your pupils?

Are you looking for a role in Rochdale/Greater Manchester?

The school is looking for a Humanities Teacher - long term (April 2017 - July 2017) with opportunities to progress to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering and marking History, RE and Geography lessons.

  • You must also be able to contribute and share ideas and strategies that impact on classroom learning.

  • Participate in and organise extra-curricular activities

  • Building relationships with students and staff to maximise learning opportunities

Requirements:

  • Relevant to subject Degree.
  • Qualified Teacher Status, QTLS or equivalent
  • An ability to promote effective teaching and learning.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility.
  • Available 5 days per week.
