COMPANY
Well established recruitment consultancy for the construction and engineering industry has an immediate requirement for an experienced recruiter within the Facilities Management sector.
THE ROLE
Due to continued expansion my client is looking to add to their recruitment team in their Bristol office. This role is to manage an established, warm temp desk for nationwide Facilities Management roles across the public and private sector. The client base is broad, with a high volume of repeat business in the south west and South Wales area. You will be managing these key clients as well as developing new opportunities to run alongside the existing temp workers.
THE PERSON
You will be an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience under your belt, ideally within the construction, technical or engineering sector, though the client remains open-minded for the right candidate. You should have a solid understanding of the temp sector and working to deadlines and time constraints. All sectors will be considered, with the right attitude being the most important element.
THE PACKAGE
You can expect to earn a basic relevant to experience with ??23-30k mooted and an achievable OTE of ??30-50k again dependent on experience and speed at building the desk.
