We're looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join our exciting, friendly and expanding Personal Injury team.
Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant Apprentice:
- General administration
- Receiving calls from clients
- Using data management software
- Responding to emails
- Assisting the office support team
- Organising post
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements of the Administration Assistant Apprentice:
- Aptitude to proactively maintain and manage your own work load.
- Excellent communication skills together with the confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Candidates must be professional, with a polite telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team.
- The ability to work within a team and also under your own initiative.
Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications gained:
Start with a 12-14 month Business Administration Apprenticeship, consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering: essential communication skills, resource management, data entry, reporting and analysing business data etc. Gain a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
Salary & Benefits:
- GBP132 per week
- Permanent role on successful completion of the apprenticeship
- Ongoing training and development
- Monday to Friday 9-5:30 (1 hour lunch). 37.5 hours per week
