A new job opportunity for a Regulated Adviser to join the Financial Planning team in a Norwich based branch.

Your new role
Working from their Norwich branch, your main responsibilities as the Finance Manager will be meeting our customer's needs by providing investment advice of the highest standard as well as looking for ways to identify customers who may benefit from your advice, by networking within the branch. You will also make sure we deliver our promises to customers. Additionally, you will use your knowledge and experience to mentor and coach the wider branch team, engaging with and tutoring future Financial Managers.

What you'll need to succeed
QCF Level 4 qualified adviser or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year experience within a regulated adviser role within the last 5 years Strong problem solving and decision making skills The ability to work flexibly to meet our customers' needs, including outside normal working patterns if required A good understanding of the regulatory environment, ensuring you comply with regulatory requirements
