They are now looking for equally bright, experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join them on their exciting journey and due to recent expansion, several positions for Customer Service Advisors are now available. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Company as the first point of contact while delivering a first-class service for their customers. These permanent roles are based in their new customer service centre in Blairgowrie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to their business water customers, using appropriate channels and internal systems such as email, phone and webchat
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs quickly, efficiently and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance
  • Liaise with their water industry wholesalers on behalf of their customers
  • In addition to core servicing skills, they are also interested from hearing from applicants with experience of credit control, invoicing and billing processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Experience of managing customer relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Ability to capture and handle data accurately
  • Receptive to change and committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent computer skills.
