We are currently looking for experienced general nurses to work in our professional and supportive organization where our aim is to deliver safe, effective and personal care. We are committed to the values of care, respect and safety and communication

In order to apply for a post you must have a minimum of 6 months general acute RN UK (Private or NHS) hospital/ hospice within the last 2 years and or completion of a Return to Practice within the last 2 years.

Role - We are seeking Registered Nurses who will be:

1. Responsible for clinical assessment of a group of patients and management of a team, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented and evaluated, involving patients and users.

2. Organisation of cross-departmental/organisational activities to support patient care pathways.

3. Demonstrate technical and/or practical skills to ensure optimum patient care management including; patient observations; equipment management and administration of agreed invasive tests/procedures.

4. Support patients, carers and others during difficult situations arising in the clinical area, e.g. imparting bad news or following an unexpected event

This role incorporates clinical skills and supervision, collaborative working, direct clinical intervention and evaluation to enable the highest quality, innovative service delivery and effective outcomes.
