Competitive basic salary with a generous commission package.

Full Time - 40 hours include day, evening and weekend working over 4 / 5 days with 2/3 days off.

Our client is looking for Sales Negotiators for our Customer Contact Centre

As part of our expansion plans we are looking for sales negotiators for our Call Centre based in Leeds.

You will support their team of Local Property Experts who work as part of their Hybrid/Digital team and deal with overflow calls from their branch network.

You will provide excellent and exceptional customer service to their customers.

You will deal with inbound calls and make outbound calls to their customer data base to generate viewings, market appraisals and mortgage appointments.

You may be an experienced branch based estate agent looking for a career move into an exciting new area of the industry or from a sales background dealing with the public.

They open from 9am until 10pm 7 days a week to ensure that their customers can get hold of them when they want to, whether that’s via an enquiry from the website or a phone call. You will be their first impression of the business, handling calls from all areas across our business. You are able to think on your feet to help make their move easier.

The shift pattern will be approx. 40 hours include day, evening and weekend working over 4 / 5 days with 2/3 days off.

A competitive basic salary will be available to the successful candidates together with a generous commission package.
