The Company:
Our Client is a fast growing Food Service Company

Main duties:
You will be Brand Manager representing a sole supplier in the Food Service Department, reporting to the Sales Director

The Role:
- Representing the brand within the company
- Developing an existing client portfolio of high end places including Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, chocolatier and food processors
- Building and strengthening relationships with decision makers
- Building action plan based on sell out datas from our customers to each of sales team and follow up with a close reporting
- Implement the action plan in direct liaison with the sales team and the marketing team
- Prospecting and developing new customers according to the Sales strategy
- Dealing with all customers queries and requests
- Represent the Companies image and policy on the market throughout visits/events/ social network/ Demos
- Developing the Companies high profile brands portfolio
- Participate in product training to the sales team and others support function of the business

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Any additional European languages - Bonus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Background required
- Prior experience working in Sales and marketing
- Ability to work with excel and pivot table is fundamental
- Interest in the Food industry – French gastronomy and cuisine is essential
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills, with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to demonstrate perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals
- Product knowledge / Key selling points / Good listener
- Previous Sales / Negotiation experience
- Driven / Eager to succeed / Numerate / Team player
- Autonomous and organized - Good coordinator
- Computer literate

Salary:
Up to £45,000 + £5,000 Bonus
