International Advice and Compliance Team

A recently formed department (September 2016) within Bath Spa, the team is comprised of both dedicated Compliance staff and experienced International Student Advisors. We are responsible for ensuring the University’s continued compliance with the regulations and responsibilities relating to the recruitment and enrollment of international students and staff.

About the role

As part of the International Advice and Compliance team, the postholder’s role will include assisting in the maintenance of student data on the University’s student records database, registration activities and communication with stakeholders to retrieve and maintain attendance records.

About you (requirements)

You will be educated to A level standard or higher or be able to demonstrate extensive relevant administrative experience. You will be organised, numerate and able to manage and prioritise your own workload and use your initiative to proactively resolve problems as they arise.

The position requires the ability to use a number of software packages including the use of strong Excel skills.
