An established car dealership in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work alongside their service team. You will need to provide an exemplary level of customer service to all clients in need of car servicing or sourcing of parts.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues effectively. The ideal applicant should have previous experience with handling customer telephone calls or previous administration experience within a car dealership. Applicants will also need to be available for an immediate interview and start owing to the fixed term nature of the role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting customers.
* Booking in customers cars.
* Taking bookings for service and repair.
* Liaising with customers on what work needs to be carried out.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm as well as 2 Saturdays on, 1 off 8am-1pm.
