FINTEC recruit is seeking a 2nd Chef for the season April to October for a small family run Hotel based in a rural location in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Accommodation available. You will be working with the owner Chef. Shared accommodation, may suit a couple both with experience of hospitality.
Responsibilities of the 2nd Chef position:-
- Must be able to confidently cover for the Head Chef for days off/leave.
- Good all round cooking skills, fresh local ingredients and menu planning
Skills and Experience required:-
- Current Hygiene Certificate required. References required.
- Good level of spoken English essential
- Able to drive as in a rural location
