Poultry Farm Manager - High Tech, New Build, Turkey Stag Grow-out Farm
- Salary £24,500 PA plus bonus incentives
- 48 hours per week
- Stag Grow-out farm 12,000 Birds
- Start date mid to end July
The successful candidate will join a privately owned farming family business with a track record of developing employees and be responsible for all day to day operations of this new enterprise.
The role is hands on with some physically demanding work. Located in Anslow, cover for night alarms is required. Ideally the applicants would live within 10 miles of the site.
Livestock experience is advantageous but not essential with greater emphasis placed on a highly motivated person wanting to develop themselves and the business. Reporting directly to the business owners the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering KPIs and rewarded for exceeding them.
Full Driving Licence required
