Your new company
A rapidly expanding technology company, with sites worldwide and London - are looking to recruit a brand new position - Recruitment Administrator. The business has rapid growth plans and hopes to increase its workforce in the UK by a further 30% within the next 2 to 3 years. Working in the Human Resources team at Head Office in Sleaford, with adhoc travel to the London offices (expensed), you will work for a progressive company who truly puts people first.

Your new role
This new role is to assist the Human Resources team with their growing, recruitment demands. Duties will include the full 360 degree range of recruitment duties from advert/JD support, advertising, job websites, social media presence/usage. internal vacancy portal maintenance and use, Line Manager liaison & support, co-ordinating & organising interviews / tests / assessment sessions, offer/contract paperwork and onboarding duties. You will also assist the wider HR team with HR administrative duties as and when required.
You also will have responsibility for the Graduate Recruitment Programme for the business - which will include attending and assisting in the running of assessment centres down in London (travel expensed/organised)

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in recruitment processes and administration - this can be from either a HR/Recruitment department but the business will also consider External Recruitment Consultants wanting to make a move into Internal Recruitment (technology recruitment knowledge useful but not essential).

General administration skills are required but MUST have recruitment background to be considered.

Excellent communication, coordination, organisation and administrative skills are also required for this busy and demanding role.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary Dependant on Experience Level.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break - some flexibility is sometimes required due to travel to London or workloads.
22 days holidays plus the stats (rising to 25 after 2 years service)
