Senior HR Business Partner - FTSE100 Global Organisation - Extremely Competitive Salary with Excellent Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to work for a prestigious FTSE 100 global organisation. The Senior HR Business Partner will need to be a strong generalist and able to work at a strategic level in a change intense environment. You will proactively monitor business performance, develop and sustain strong business relationships and become a trusted advisor to the leadership community.
- You can collaborate with the senior departmental leaders to understand the key business objectives in order to create a comprehensive people strategy and delivery plan
- You are a change agent with an astute commercial understanding, providing pragmatic solutions to problems at an early stage.
- You are used to working with little intervention, can power through strategy, implementing and directing in an autonomous fashion and work as part of a leadership team within a business partnering model.
- You exhibit strong personal and team leadership, providing coaching to HR Business Partners ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.
- You facilitate constructive relationships with Employee and Trade Union representatives and support employee relations issues
- You have the ability to co-ordinate the implementation of new people policies and initiatives, ensuring diversity issues are fully recognised; collect feedback on the effectiveness of people interventions and initiatives to ensure continual improvement
In order to be considered you will ideally have the following:
- Successful track record as an HR Business partner with significant HR generalist experience including organisation design and development, resourcing / talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development
- Experience of applying Project Management competencies to independently manage concurrent business change projects and lead delivery teams, to deliver on time and to budget
- Proven experience working as an HR Generalist in a fast paced and professional environment and have the confidence to drive initiatives to a high standard
