Inside Sales
This is a new role for an experienced Inside Sales candidate working with an innovative and growing business based in central Cambridge.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the role is responsible for managing all aspects of the initial sales process from working with marketing to target fresh prospects through to handling initial sales enquiries and being in contact with existing clients and partners.
Key tasks will include undertaking research, acting as a key point of contact, administration of the CRM system, reporting and tracking leads and promoting relevant promotional programmes.
You should be of graduate calibre with a business, science or technical degree preferred, possess good experience of sales and CRM processes, have strong attention to detail and a background in selling a technical product. A customer focused approach and first class interpersonal skills are essential
