As the largest provider of social housing in Warrington, our client has been growing for some time as they deliver a massive programme of investment in their homes and neighbourhoods.
They are committed to delivering excellent services to customers and tenants and this role is key in helping them to create and sustain strong communities. You will work as part of a team to manage a patch of properties to include dealing with cases of anti-social behaviour, signing up new tenants and other neighbourhood and tenancy related matters.
To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, passionate about customer service and a strong team player. Experience working in social housing is desirable but it is more important that you possess excellent communication skills and are able to think on your feet. Committed and caring, you will be able to relate and empathise with people at all levels.
You will be required to work away from the office so a full driving licence and use of a car for work is essential.
