National Account Manager - Marlow GBP40,000 basic GBP50,000 OTE plus GBP4200 car allowance This specialised role is designed to manage and grow retail accounts & revenue streams for business to consumer mobile solutions, in line with company objectives. The main objectives are to deliver profitable revenue; look for new revenue opportunities; and consolidate and develop client relationships on an ongoing basis at a senior management level. This involves using existing Network Operator relationships to design and build bespoke customer propositions based on the clients' specific individual needs and objectives. In summary, the NAM will encourage high street and online retailers to take up more products and services from the company. Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities 1. Create and grow profitable accounts for Business to Consumer mobile solutions in new markets and to achieve revenue targets. 2. Develop new opportunities for Business to Consumer Mobile solutions in existing accounts. 3. Develop new opportunities for Business to Consumer Mobile solutions with existing clients to increase revenue from those accounts and secure the client across all the Network Operators. 4. Develop high level relationships with major brands / organisations. Using existing and new supplier-partners, provide consultancy and creative services to develop the client's Business to Consumer mobile strategy. 5. Manage the design and creation of the bespoke customer propositions, co-ordinating the work of the supplier-partners and taking responsibility for the commercial offer to the client, as approved by the Head of Retail. 6. Responsible for the negotiation of contracts at top level. 7. Take responsibility for the development, operation and ongoing management of each Business to Consumer mobile service developed for each client. 8. Submit qualified proposals for marketing budget to be used to support client marketing activities. 9. Engage Network Operators' account managers to develop new channels for Retail services - e.g. conducting joint client meetings, team presentations. 10. Keep abreast of market developments, highlighting opportunities for new revenues which could be used in the Sector Sales plan. 11. Manage internal stakeholders - Finance, Logistics, IT, Marketing and Customer Care - to ensure smooth running of sales and supply chain.
