We are currently seeking an experience Manager who is capable to take leadership accountability for channel mix strategy, channel optimisiation, building and expanding the remote detail interaction capability.

Guide immediate team with respect to implementing new opportunities to engage with customers and developing interaction capabilities.

Contribute to the vision and strategic direction regarding ICE to franchise leads and ensure understanding of senior management. Create a highly valued and impactful integrated customer experience, by acting upon a deep understanding of our customer needs and engagement preferences with the customer facing roles at the center.

The Channel Strategy Manager is key to the successful implementation of the new remote detailing sales channel. This channel will deliver a competitive edge and differentiate BI from its competitors, whilst building a flexible resource to build business resilience. In addition this role will be pivotal in guiding the organisation towards an integrated customer experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • OPU Marketer with strong understanding of digital and established channels
  • Marketing brand leader in OPU (pharmaceuticals)
  • Data analytics in multi channel marketing- possibly from outside pharma in FMCG environment
  • Digital and remote detailing experience or the equivalent consumer experience
  • Strong communication skills and collaborates well across functions and brand marketing
  • Leadership experience
