Assistant Community Gateway Manager

Salary: £25,000 -£35,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Based:: Basildon / London

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

Due to our success and growth plans we are now looking to recruit a Assistant Community Gateway Manager to join our team. The Assistant Community Gateway Manager Role will mainly be based in Basildon but with the expectation to cover London as and when required.

Previous experience in CSR, HR/L&D, education sector work experience or previous experience delivering social value activity in the social housing sector.

About the Assistant Community Gateway Manager Role:

This is an exciting, newly defined role within our structure, designed to support our Community Gateway Manager in delivering social value contractual commitments across a range of repairs and maintenance, gas and planned work contracts. This is a highly rewarding role where you will be a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) champion in the business and play an active role in delivering community projects which support employment, apprenticeships, education and training.

The ideal Assistant Community Gateway Manager:

You should have good basic knowledge of Human Resources / Learning and development, and hands on experience of supporting social responsibility activities. In addition, you will have well developed data analysis, project management and interpersonal skills.
