As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for:
-Providing support to our customer???s staff by e-mail and telephone
-Repairing and refurbishing equipment that is returned to us
-Preparing new equipment prior to dispatch
-Investigating and resolving problems across a wide range of applications and technologies
-Contributing to the development and maintenance of our customer???s retail technology infrastructure
-Given the wide ranging technologies that we use, this role is an ideal opportunity for someone who has, or is looking obtain, a broad range of skills. It is a very small team so the successful applicant needs to be able to jump in with both feet and get stuck in straight away!
About You:
The successful applicant should have:-
-Good communication skills and a pleasant customer focused attitude
-A good working knowledge of iOS, OSX and Apple Hardware
-Not be scared of the command line or advanced user options
-Good problem-solving skills
-Prior experience with iOS and OSX will be extremely valuable.
The Package:
This is initially a temporary posting for six months and the salary is ??19000 pro-rata.
It is quite likely that the contract will be extended into a permanent arrangement after the six months at which point you will be able to participate in a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance.
You will be working in a brand new office at a fantastic lakeside location.
