Your new job as Estimator As Estimator you will report into the Senior Estimator and assist the team in the preparation and award of tenders mainly design and build for new build and refurbishment projects. Your main duties and responsibilities will be: Assist in the production of estimates and costs plans for multiple construction projects from GBP3m to GBP20mAssess tender documentation requirements and present tender launch proposalsIdentify resources to complete the bidIdentify potential risks and opportunitiesAssist in the compiling of comprehensive analytical net cost estimates for works including preliminary items in line with the Company's standards to win workRegular liaison with construction planners, design managers, bid managers, consultants and our supply chain to deliver innovative solutions and tender proposalsAssist in the presentation of accurate net cost tenders for internal adjudicationWorking with the team in the conversion of estimates to tender submissionAttend post tender negotiations with Clients to secure individual projectsAssist in the management and completion of bill of quantity production Our Client Our established client is a business built on solid foundations of delivering a seamless service in the construction industry.
