In this important role, you will have the chance to support our client’s ongoing success and grow their business throughout London.
As the Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee our client’s installation projects throughout London.
Overseeing projects from production to completion, you’ll ensure that all aspects of design, development and product costing are adhered to and delivered on time within the targeted budget.
You’ll establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and identify new development opportunities with existing accounts.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Ensuring that all employees have the relevant skills, cards and training to perform their role
- Accurately costing projects
- Producing site specific installation method statements/risk assessments
- Briefing employees on complex installation projects
- Informing relevant departments and stakeholders of any project delays or difficulties
- Ensuring that all H&S practices are adhered to
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you’ll need:
- At least five years’ experience in a commercial environment, gained within the security and services industry
- A full, clean driving licence
Organised and proactive, as the Contracts Manager, you will also need strong communication skills and a team oriented approach. The ability to forge strong relationships quickly is also key.
Ideally, you will be FIA (Fire Industry Association) qualified, but this is by no means essential.
