Position: Trainee Accounts and Shipping Administrator

Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will commence assisting in the maintenance of financial records and assisting in the administration of the shipping and delivery of product from producers to end customers around the world. 

Training will be on the job training working closely with and supervised by an experienced member of staff. 

Over time the successful candidate will gain detailed experience of the international movement of product, import and export with the potential to move further into the accounting, finance and shipping aspects of the business.

Required qualifications:

 

It is anticipated that a successful candidate would have;

  • good GCSE results,
  • good A Level results (or equivalent),
  • a graduate would be considered but a degree is not a requirement,
  • be responsible, conscientious and a hard working member of a small highly professional and experience team, and
  • demonstrate initiative through work experience and sport or other interests.

Package:

Package depends on level of qualification and experience etc but would be expected to include a discretionary annual performance related bonus.
