Our client is a market leader in traditional confectionery. As a result of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Process Shift Manager to further strengthen their Production function. As the Process Shift Manager, you'll oversee the Process Team and ensure that products are produced to the highest standards. Growing, leading and motivating your team, you'll effectively delegate tasks to maximise productivity and ensure that H&S measures are followed at all times.Specifically, your duties will involve:- Agreeing the production schedule with the Planning Department and ensure it is implemented in the most efficient way possible - Ensuring that each shift is adequately staffed - Agreeing and implementing quality assurance management policies, procedures and systems- Helping to monitor ingredient and packaging stock levels - Requesting maintenance support for plant and machinery when required - Providing evening and weekend cover for site security, including any fire and intruder alarm call outs Interested? To be considered, you'll need:- Experience as a process team leader (or above)- An intermediate level food hygiene qualification Focused and proactive, as the Process Shift Manager, you'll be a strong communicator with excellent planning, prioritisation and time-management skills. A collaborative approach and logical mindset are also key. Please note, the working hours for this role are 40 hours per week, working five 8 hour shifts, Sunday - Saturday.
