Compliance Administrator
Leeds LS28
£16,500 + 10% Bonus
41.25 hours per week
Our client has identified an opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join their growing debt recovery business, providing support and assistance to the Customer Relations and Compliance department.
Position Summary
As Compliance Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring relevant documents are sent to customers in line with the required SLA
- Producing and collating information relating to Data Subject Requests from customers
- Logging complains
- Producing fraud reporting and contributing to the investigation of fraud cases
- Administrative duties such as facilitating post, collating paperwork, scanning and filing
About you
The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience to undertake the role:
- Previous experience in a Compliance or Administration role
- GCSE’s or equivalent Grade C or above with good numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic negotiation skills
- Able to prioritise workload with strong planning and organisational skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
