Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Femeda Ltd is a manufacturer of Medical Devices, an SME based in Cramlington.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, based locally to Cramlington, and with good background experience in manufacturing and potential for development to take the post to a Quality Management role.

As a minimum we will need you to have a degree or equivalent in an engineering or other technical discipline, have at least 2 years’ experience in a quality role in manufacturing. You will have worked to ISO 9001. In addition, you will need to be a self-starter, happy to work on you own and prepared to take on considerable responsibility.

Experience of working in the Medical Devices Industry or other regulated environment, Clean Room environment and/or knowledge of ISO 13485 QMS and methods would be a bonus.

It is a permanent, full - time position - 40 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
