HR Services and Payroll Administrator - HR Administration - HR Payroll - HR Support - Planning - Data Entry - HR Services & Payroll Administrator.

HR Services and Payroll Administrator required for prestigious financial services organisation based near Watford, Hertfordshire. The main purpose of the role is to work within the HR Planning and Commercial Team to provide full support with regards to Payroll, Benefits and Employee administration.

Duties Include:

  • Adhoc administration duties as required.
  • Data entry into HR system including absence logging.
  • Creation of letters and other paperwork as required.
  • Manage HR Services inbox, ensuring target SLA's are met and queries answered or forwarded appropriately.
  • Process the monthly payroll input file including but not limited to change forms, new starters, benefits applications, leavers and adhoc payments and creation of Paylink files.
  • Act as first point of contact to external payroll team.
  • Support monthly payroll reconciliation process and other data reconciliation as required. Support annual payroll processes such as P11d reporting.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to ensure that all changes are received within given timeframe and instructed clearly and accurately.
  • Support and cover other members of the HR Planning & Commercial team as required.
  • Adhoc project work as required.

Skills Required:

  • Generalist HR administration experience.
  • Payroll administration experience.
  • Administration skills and excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain the HR data base to 100% accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Ability to deliver high quality administration support and customer service Personal Attributes.
  • Supportive/Team player.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Articulate with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to treat all information with strict confidentiality.
  • Administration, communication and time management ability.
