The Company:
Our client is a leading Marketing Agency working with some of the biggest clients across FMCG, Health & Beauty industries

Main duties:
- To manage the day to day activities of the account
- To report directly to sales director

The Role:
- Creative development through extensive market analysis
- To seek new business opportunities in order to increase profit
- To manage the product design & development of client promotions
- To present new ideas to the client
- To lead a team of account executives
- To work alongside the design team to ensure your team is briefed adequately and meet deadlines
- To manage the product development and packaging design and make sure it is in line with client's brief and processes
- To ensure that all quality control standards are adhered to
- To monitor multiple projects simultaneously and create weekly status reports
- To work alongside the sales director to develop strategic plans & annual budgets
- Occasional travel may be necessary if requested by the client

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Leadership experience is essential
- Strong presentation skills is essential
- Extensive product design and development
- Ability to plan, organise & prioritise all forms of administration
- Must be able to plan, organise & prioritise individual workload
- Ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail is critical
- Enthusiastic approach with an active interest in self development
- IT Literate – Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven experience of achieving personal sales targets
- Ability to guide & motivate others within the team

Salary:
Between £45/55,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + benefits ( bonus scheme, private medical health insurance after qualifying period, 20 days holiday increasing to 22 days on completion of two years service )
