HR Advisor

Interim - approx. 4 months, with high probability of extension/T2P

HR Advisor with skills in Employee Relations, HR Policy and Procedure and UK Employment Legislation required by commercially run Not-for-Profit organisation, based in Exeter. The HR Consultant will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for providing high level reliable advice on any HR issues including leading on ER cases, and advising on Employment Law issues, etc.

Role Outline of the HR Consultant:
The HR Consultant will provide pragmatic, operational HR support to clients in line with Company approach, procedures and legal requirements. To promote the HR department to deliver added value to the business through providing commercially focused solutions that help meet business objectives.

Skills & Experience:
- CIPD Qualified (Level 5 and above)
- 3+ years' experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years' operating as an HR Advisor/HR Generalist
- Expertise in Employee Relations issues with the ability to lead on complex casework, emanate reliable and informed advise upon employment legislation that allow compliant policy and procedure
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle external clients

The successful HR Advisor will be CIPD qualified, have a wealth of experience around complex ER casework and have lead on change management initiatives such as TUPE, redundancies and restructuring projects.
