Marketing Design Assistant

This international company develops, makes and markets professional tooling solutions for technicians all over the world.

Duties

- Brief in copy and advise pagination to external agencies for all relevant marketing communications, such as the fortnightly Featured Sets National Flyer
- Proof read all Marketing literature and feed amends in to external agencies where appropriate
- Produce artwork for quarterly Workshop Solutions, monthly Kickstarter, monthly laminates and ad-hoc marketing communication requests
- Source relevant product images from suppliers, take in-house photography, clip and format images as required
- Create and populate monthly email communication - KNOW franchisee newsletter
- Regularly update and maintain the Franchisee Intranet Portal to keep it up to date and visually appealing
- Maintain and set-up promotions on the franchisee web portal (SOLO)
- Set up literature part numbers and raise marketing related purchase order requisitions
- Liaise with external print agencies to negotiate costs, ensure print and delivery deadlines are met

- Any other duties, which you may be asked to complete to ensure the efficient running of your department or area

Person Specification

You will have the following;

- A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, in particular In Design and Photoshop.
- Must have a strong sense of current trends in print and digital design and possess strong visual, layout and copywriting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to set deadlines
