HR & OD are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Organisational Development (OD) team as an experienced senior administrator and coordinator.

HR &OD is both a vibrant and exciting place to work fostering a spirit of ongoing collaboration and innovation with all stakeholders to enable and facilitate continuing professional development (CPD).

We're looking for an inspiring individual who intuitively understands what it takes to be successful in our rapidly evolving service. You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of a range of learning and development interventions and procedures for a diverse range of staff which support the College's strategic priorities. You will provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to learning and development and produce regular update reports on learning and development activity.

You must have clear written and verbal communication skills including having the ability to design development activities at all levels; you will also have excellent IT skills and be able to use and develop a training and development database and electronic management system. You must also be highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
