Working Hours: Full time incl. regular evenings and weekends
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000, plus benefits package

This role involves working shifts, and you will be expected to work weekends, evenings and day times. Main tasks include:
• reception duties, managing busy class sign-in periods & handle payments
• knowledgeable about our classes, events and pricing
• actively advise and guide students in finding appropriate classes to meet their personal goals
• handle enquiries and bookings in person, online and by phone
• actively promote and make recommendations on retail items
• administration (filing, spreadsheets, emails)
• additional tasks to support the goals and operational needs of the studio
• keep common & retail areas neat, clean & tidy
• order and maintain studio supplies, receive and organise deliveries
• help coach and support less experienced colleagues

Minimum Requirements
• 2 years customer facing retail and/or customer service experience in a busy environment
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic team player
• Comfortable and effective in a sales environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a LOVE of admin is an absolute must!
• Super organised, able to multi-task and manage workload
• Friendly, people-person and genuine interest in helping people
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with proven ability to build rapport
• Good computers skills, knowledge of MS Office
• Flexible work schedule a must, including overtime for special events as needed
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
• Yoga experience a plus, but not essential. Commitment to attending a class once a week
• Ideally you’re NOT wanting a career as a Yoga Teacher. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in office work with a view to long-term employment.
