Grand National Telebetters Needed !!

Interaction Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for customer service agents to join the UK's largest contact centre on a Temporary Contract. Successful applicants will be working on behalf of a well known Betting Company and will be based in Dearne Valley, Rotherham. Due to business requirements we are looking to extend the already impressive Telebetting Department The role will require you to take inbound calls from customers wanting to place bets for the Grand National. You will be expected to give exceptional customer service at all times, respond to customers accordingly, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude. Customer service experience is preferable but not essential. However you will need an excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile for each customer. 

 Paid training will also be provided on the week prior to the event! This is a 1 day extraveganza with a possibility of becoming permanent

You will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the day
