Reception Teacher Needed in Abergavenny

Simply Education continues to work closely with a Primary school who are actively looking for a qualified and highly competent teacher for a reception class role. The school is very welcoming and friendly and offers the right teacher a supportive and enjoyable environment.

This large school has just over 200 children on roll and is located in the Abergavenny area of Monmouth. Behaviour is very good and there is a dedicated Teaching Assistant within each class. The post is to start in April and is to last until the end of the year.

As the successful Foundation Phase Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience to teach Foundation Phase.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Possess the passion to teach Foundation Phase.
