Kingspan Insulation has an exciting opportunity for a Merchant Marketing Manager to join their team based in Pembridge, Herefordshire. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of GBP25,000 to GBP28,500 per annum + benefits.

We are now looking to recruit a Merchant Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales support for one of our brands of PIR insulation products. They will actively partake in the activities of the high-performing department, providing ideas for best practice and keeping abreast of all legislation and regulations. They will also be responsible for their own personal development within the area of marketing and be aware of current trends that may support job performance.
Key accountabilities of our Merchant Marketing Manager
Responsibilities will include all aspects of planning and developing marketing campaign strategies. You will also develop other aspects of campaign management including B2B and B2C strategies and activity plans. The successful individual will work with key internal and external stakeholders to implement campaign activity and brief external agencies; including product launches, digital, events, commercial teams, customer services and PR.
The Merchant Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns.
Skills needed to become our Merchant Marketing Manager
- Analytical aptitude
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Capability to understand and interpret technical product information
- Degree level education or equivalent (preferably a recognized professional qualification in marketing)
