Salary up to GBP37,000 Plus Car Allowance and excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work for a client based in Leicestershire.
This generalist HR position will provide comprehensive operational HR support to the business and will be based in Leicestershire with travel as and when required.
Successful candidates will ideally be CIPD Level 7 qualified and demonstrate experience within a generalist advisory role, together with extensive TUPE experience. The individual will be a confident communicator as this role will require influencing senior stakeholders with the ability to build strong internal relationships. In addition, we are looking for someone with well-developed commercial acumen, with the ability to contribute to the wider business and HR agenda.
