Temporary Telephone Based Customer Service Role

  • Working within the Account management department, calling customers who will be expecting and waiting for this call and taking them through the process of on-boarding, ensuring it is as smooth as possible. There is no cold calling or selling involved.
  • Taking all personal information from each customer entering it accurately onto the CRM database, sending out all regulated information out through electronic email and to make sure the customer is fully aware of the process and understands their requirements when signing up.
  • Must be bright and personable, with an excellent and confident telephone manner.
  • Experience in a face to face or telephone based customer service role is ideal, together with a self -motivated and energetic approach.
  • This is the initial call to explain the transfer and get them signed up. Training will be given, there is also a script (they have to comply with FSA regulations) and also a set of F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions) to refer to.
