My client, a global FMCG Brand based in Uxbridge are looking to hire a Junior analyst to work with their HR data. The role reports in to the AD of HR Analytics and requires knowledge of SuccessFactors, Excel (Macro level) and a keen, analytical mindset

This is a great opportunity to provide consolidated headcount reporting which the current HR tools can't currently perform.
You will be required to build models in Excel (macro) to perform workforce analytics.
- Data analysis (workforce / headcount)
- Building data models in Excel
- Cleansing and integrating data sets
- Analysing trends in data
Profile
This client are looking for someone with the following skills:
- SuccessFactors exposure
- Knowledge of SAP HR (reporting modules)
- Strong Excel Skills (Macro, V-Lookup, PivotTable)
- Keen analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data thoroughly
Job Offer
An initial 9 month contract paying up to GBP125 per day (ltd co)
