Safety, Health & Environment Advisor - 37 hours per week

Salary: £28,917 - £30,672 per annum plus excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent

Due to the impending retirement of the existing post holder, we have an exciting opportunity to join our customer focussed, successful and professional Estates Team.

You will be responsible for providing high quality and effective cross-College advice on Safety, Health and Environment matters and will ensure that the College provides a safe environment for all its stakeholders.

We are looking to appoint someone who has previous relevant experience in a Safety, Health and Environment role and who has excellent communication skills and can interact with a variety of people in order to build successful partnerships.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide an excellent level of customer service to our stakeholders and so the successful candidate will be pro-active and committed to providing a high level of customer service. The ability to self-prioritise and organise workload effectively is also essential.

You will hold a NEBOSH certificate and will have, or be working towards the NEBOSH diploma qualification or equivalent and IOSH membership.
