£7.50 per hour, permanent role
24 hours per week minimum, across Monday to Saturday with some hours on Sundays when required by the programme.

The Theatre Royal Plymouth is the largest and best attended regional producing theatre in the UK and the leading promoter of theatre in the South West. The Theatre offers a comprehensive range of entertainment throughout the year including musicals, plays, opera, ballet, contemporary dance, and modern play writing.  

A vacancy has arisen in the House Management Department for an Assistant House Manager who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Front of House customer experience and ensuring the House teams deliver industry leading customer service for all visitors to both Theatre Royal Plymouth and TR2. This will require dynamic collaboration and attention to detail to ensure our buildings are safe and in tip-top condition and our team members are engaged and committed to the Theatre's values. 

A team of four Assistant House Managers report to three House Managers ensuring that customer service across The Lyric, Drum, Lab and TR2 is exemplary. Collaboration across the Theatre Royal teams and with visiting artists and companies is vital.
