We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 21,400 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Key Worker to support 16 - 19 year olds with their studies in Launch Pad with Re-engagement.

The post holder will have level 2 qualifications in literacy, numeracy and Learning Support; a good understanding of the role of additional support within an educational establishment, a commitment to empowering learners and good communication skills.

The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working as an additional support worker within an educational setting as many of our Launch Pad students are disengaged (NEET) learners who can present behavioural issues and some common learning difficulties. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting and developing leaner English and Maths skills
