Our client based in Loughborough is looking to add an experienced Marketing superstar to join their small friendly team and become an integral part of our exciting future.
This diverse role will have a primary responsibility for our social media presence as well as involvement in other areas of our digital & database marketing.

The role

*Implementation and managing of yearly & monthly marketing plans to support business strategies
*SEO strategy, off page and on page SEO
*Analysis and interpretation of website performance, using analytics to make strategic decisions
*Managing agency and 3rd party support to ensure PPC campaigns are responsive & cost effective
*Monthly reporting and KPIs
*Overall marketing planning and monitoring
*Managing & developing x2 Marketing Assistants

The successful individual is a fast-learner who demonstrates a passion for marketing and the digital space. You will need to bring your big ideas as well as practical experience, so to be successful you'll need to:

*Have experience managing a busy ecommerce website, monitoring performance and identifying development needs
*Have excellent relationship management and marketing skills (both digital & direct)
*Be someone who can use initiative with confidence, putting forward recommendations for improvements to new media & digital marketing campaigns where appropriate
*Be an expert in search engine optimisation and PPC, experienced in working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms
*Have experience working in a B2C, ecommerce environment
*Be experienced in using web analytics to interpret behaviour and make informed decisions
*Be a team player, willing to be flexible and adaptable

The person

*Professional experience managing Facebook and other social media for a business or non-profit organisation
*Some formal training in Marketing theory
*Experience using analytics tools to interpret data and refine campaigns. (eg Google Analytics)
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Good written English, including some creative writing ability
*Driving licence and Cat as some UK travel maybe required for meeting and events
*A PR or Marketing agency background or a marketing-related degree (a bonus)
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in a previous related role
