Senior Data Processing Executive - Ipsos MORI Operations Data Processing Team

The Operations team sits at the heart of Ipsos MORI being responsible for the delivery of research projects for each of the specialisms of the business. The Data Processing team are responsible primarily for scripting and processing areas within Operations and are split between both Ipsos MORI London offices (Harrow & St. Katherine docks)

Following a big multi-country tracker win for a high profile client, we are recruiting for a new role in the team to work on this project. We looking to recruit a Senior Data Processing Executive with a proven track record in analysis using Quantum.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:


To produce accurate analysis of market research questionnaires
To recode and restructure data to formats required by internal and external clients
Organisation and delivery of complex projects and resolve problems swiftly
To write basic logic routine checks to follow questionnaire routing
To participate in job set-up meetings to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
To advise researchers on the most efficient way, from a Data Processing perspective to produce data and analysis deliverables
Engage and support team work and collaboration


Skills & Experience:


Degree or equivalent level qualification
Significant data processing experience required in a market research agency or related area is essential
Experience of working on multi-country tracking projects.
Excellent knowledge and proven track record in Quantum
Some UNIX/LINUX skills needed
Using and writing LINUX shell scripts & AWK skills desirable but not essential
Good Microsoft office skills essential in particular MS Excel 2016
Excellent communication and team work skills
Good attention to detail
