Seasonal Restaurant Supervisor - Stein's Fish & Chips
Are you planning your summer in Cornwall? We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join us for the summer season. With beaches just around the corner and our shops and restaurants bustling with visitors, we could have the perfect seasonal opportunity for you.
You will be responsible for supervising the front of house team, ensuring that our customers have the best service throughout their visit, you will work closely with the kitchen team and make sure that service is run smoothly.
This is a full time seasonal position until October with potential for you to stay with us during the winter period too.
Stein's Fish & Chips in Padstow boasts both a restaurant and takeaway, located on the beautiful North Cornwall coast overlooking the Camel Estuary. You'll find a menu of cod and haddock together with a large range of local fish like hake, monkfish, John Dory and bass which is often landed right here on our doorstep in Padstow.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Supervisor:
Running service in an efficient and smooth manner even through extremely high levels of business
Operating as a role model to the front of house team, demonstrating the best possible level of service
Accurately completing the cash up at the end of each service.
Dealing with any customer complaints and seeking to resolve them.
Supporting with all relevant training of staff in the department.
Gaining exceptional product knowledge of both food and beverage.
